on Sunday October 2nd, I photographed a pop-up dinner for chef Matt Baker in the Ivy City neighborhood of Washington DC at One-Eight-Distilling. Matt will open his restaurant Gravitas within the next few months. Matt's dishes were paired with cocktails from some of the best mixologists in the city.
