Licensor hereby grants to the Smithsonian Institution, a trust instrumentality established by the Congress of the United States in 1846 (20 U.S.C. 41 et seq.) and having its principal offices at 1000 Jefferson Drive, S.W., Washington, DC 20560 an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display, and use the Material in association with the National Museum of Natural History’s exhibition entitled [From These Lands: Sharing Our Natural and Cultural Heritage]. Such uses shall include, but not be limited to, exhibition, related website, interactives, mobile applications, blogs, social media, related publicity and promotion, educational activities, archives, research and publication in an exhibition catalogue, both print and e-book, brochures, and other non-profit, educational publications created by or on behalf of Smithsonian and related to the exhibition. For these purposes, publications shall mean print, digital, electronic, and all other forms of media, now known or created hereafter. 

Copyright is expressly retained by the Jay Fleming and their heirs and assigns, subject to the non-exclusive rights granted to the Smithsonian Institution in accordance with the Image License Terms and Conditions.
