Chesapeake Bay Clamming Industry - video to be released soon
This morning I finished shooting an informative video on the Chesapeake Bay's clamming industry. Below are a few stills taken in between shooting videos on the water and at Maryland's last Clam house - Harris Seafood. Look for the video to come out within the next two weeks.
16' wide print hanging at the National Aquarium
While shooting at the National Aquarium this week, I had a chance to check out my photograph of a Green Sea Turtle on display at the gift shop. The print is 16 feet wide, printed on fabric and backlit with over a dozen lights.
Details - Tangier Sound summer catch
While out gill netting for spot in Tangier Sound on Friday July 21st, 10 species of fish were caught. Diverse catches are not uncommon in the summer on the Chesapeake Bay, as water temperatures warm, migratory fish come into the bay from the Atlantic Ocean to feed and reproduce.
